To put it simply. We love hops. Malt, lots of hops, water, American Ale Yeast. That’s it. What hops? Some of our favourite US and NZ hops, we might mix it up a little from time to time. After all, hops are an agricultural product so taste a little different year on year. Sometimes hops are exactly what you want. Why make our designer work too hard, they are busy with the huge array of beers we do every week.
