We love finding cool new creative collaborations, and for this special edition we have teamed up with our friends from Pōkeno

Our Monk Like Mary Belgian Quadrupel Ale, was aged in Pōkeno Casks which had been used for marrying their Discovery Single Malt. It is a rich and fruity beer, with aromas of lightly roasted speciality malts, dried fruit, Belgian candi sugar and restrained spice.

They decided to then refill one of the casks with Pōkeno Single malt, which had been fully matured in first fill bourbon barrels. The flavours of the beer have combined beautifully with the sweet citrus notes of the whisky, to create a deliciously different single malt.
