We love finding cool new creative collaborations, and for this special edition we have teamed up with our friends from Pōkeno

Our Pōkeno Gold Imperial Stout, was aged in Pōkeno Casks which had been used for a full maturation of their Pōkeno Origin. It has a huge depth of flavour from a comprehensive malt bill with dark chocolate, roasted barley and coffee flavours.

They decided to then refill one of the casks with Pōkeno single malt, which had been fully matured in first fill bourbon barrels. The flavours of the beer have combined beautifully with the sweet citrus notes of the whisky, to create a deliciously different single malt
