For the triumphant fifth instalment, we’re coming in hot with the ultimate summer
icon: watermelon. REAL watermelon. No flavouring fakery, no shortcuts, no
“natural essence of watermelon-ish” nonsense. “How much?” Glad you
asked. We crammed 200kg of the stuff into the tank, enough to turn Rael, our
head brewer, redder than the fruit itself.

It’s the perfect beer to summon summer... even if the weather pulls a full 180 and forgets what season it’s meant to be.
